Return & Refund

  1. Gift Cards:

    • All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
  2. Prepaid Services:

    • Refunds for prepaid services are not available but can be transferred to another individual with prior approval.
  3. Products:

    • Products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Receipts are required for all returns.
  4. Missed Appointments:

    • Refunds are not issued for missed appointments. To reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  5. Packages:

    • Spa packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest upon request.
