Return & Refund

Gift Cards:
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Prepaid Services:
- Refunds for prepaid services are not available but can be transferred to another individual with prior approval.

Products:
- Products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Receipts are required for all returns.

Missed Appointments:
- Refunds are not issued for missed appointments. To reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Packages:
- Spa packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest upon request.
