Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds, exchanges, and transfers for Services, Products, and related offerings. It ensures fairness while protecting both Clients and the Spa from misuse.


1. Services & Appointments

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment or non-attendance (“no-shows”) are charged in full and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued for missed appointments.

2. Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final.
  • Gift cards are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

3. Packages & Prepaid Services

  • Spa packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with prior approval.
  • Prepaid Services are non-refundable but may be reassigned to another individual upon request and Spa approval.

4. Products

  • Products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging with a valid receipt.
  • Products are sold in-branch only and are not available online.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds or adjustments may be granted at the Spa’s discretion in exceptional cases, such as operational errors or other circumstances deemed reasonable by management.
