Terms of Service

Summary

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Naturelife Spa (“the Spa,” “we,” or “us”) and our clients (“you” or “the Client”). By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • Services: All spa treatments, wellness therapies, and related offerings provided at any Naturelife Spa branch.
  • Products: Retail items sold in-branch.
  • Gift Cards & Packages: Prepaid or promotional credits for use of Services.

2. Eligibility & Use of Services

  • Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Guests aged 16–17 may receive services with parental or guardian consent.
  • Children under 16 are not permitted in treatment areas.
  • The Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a Service if it is reasonably believed that the Client’s health or condition may render the treatment unsafe.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • Advance reservations are recommended; walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
  • Clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the duration of the Service without adjustment to price.
  • Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance are deemed late cancellations and are subject to full charge.

4. Multi-Branch Services

  • Bookings are honored across all Naturelife Spa branches unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices, promotions, and memberships may vary by branch and are valid only in the location of issuance unless expressly stated.

5. Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or immediately after the Service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept all major credit cards and cash.

6. Gift Cards, Packages & Prepaid Services

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.
  • Packages: Spa packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest upon written request and subject to Spa approval.
  • Prepaid Services: Refunds are not available. However, credits may be transferred to another individual upon prior written approval by the Spa.

7. Products

  • Products are sold exclusively in-branch and not online.
  • Products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Opened or used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Spa provides lockers for convenience but accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Therapists are professionally trained and instructed to maintain Client comfort, privacy, and safety.
  • Services provided are for wellness and relaxation purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or treatment. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to commencement of Services.

9. Governing Terms

These Terms are intended to establish clear contractual rights and obligations between the Spa and the Client, ensuring a consistent and professional standard across all branches.
